28mm FF SHAFT SEAL

Rotary shaft seal, double lipped, size 28 x 40 x 7mm. To fit inside metric Fully Floating stub-axle and provide oil seal with halfshaft. Suitable for 28mm shaft – “SQUIRES/R.A.C.E.” and similar. (not Quaife) 2 required per axle.

30mm FF SHAFT SEAL

Rotary shaft seal, double lipped, size 30 x 40 x 7mm. To fit inside metric Fully Floating stub-axle and provide oil seal with halfshaft. Suitable for 30mm shaft – “QUAIFE” and similar. (not Squires/RACE) 2 required per axle.

FF HUB BEARING

Timken taper roller bearing for use in “Metric” Fully Floating Atlas hub assemblies. Best quality available! 4 required per axle.

FF HUB LARGE SEAL

Large rotary shaft seal for use in “metric” Fully Floating atlas axle hub assemblies. This seal sits in the rear of the hub and provides grease seal between rotating hub and the stub axle. Double-lip type, high quality. 2 required per axle.

FF HUB ORING SEAL

EPDM o-ring seal which sits against the back face of the ½ shaft flange on Fully Floating Atlas axle (suitable for metric hubs) 2 required per axle. Used in conjunction with corresponding o-ring carriers, available separately.

FF HUB SEAL KIT

Kit comprising;

• all 6 rubber seals used in Metric Fully Floating Atlas axle hub assembly;
• 2x shaft seals,
• 2x hub seals,
• 2x o-rings.

FF HUB TYPE A

Metric, twin-taper, alloy “fully floating” rear hub for GP4 Atlas axle. Precision CNC machined in high-grade, heat treated, aluminium alloy. Stud-holes @ Ford PCD, 107.9mm. This type of hub is for use with large-bodies callipers such as the AP model, CP2383 works type calliper, where a “waist” is required round the circumference to clear the calliper body. 2 required per axle.

FF HUB TYPE B

Metric, twin-taper, alloy “fully floating” rear hub for GP4 Atlas axle. Precision CNC machined in high-grade, heat treated, aluminium alloy. Stud-holes @ Ford PCD, 107.9mm. This type of hub is for use with Fostek FF solid brake discs (available separately) and shallow-bodied callipers such as the AP CP2577 or Wilwood 4-pot handbrake Powerlite calliper.. 2 required per axle.

FF LOCK-RING

Split lock-ring, used to retain twin-taper hub assembly on GP4 Spec fully floating atlas. Metric thread (compatible with most Metric stub axles) available in R/hand and L/hand. (one of each hand needed per axle).

FF STUB AXLE

Weld-on type stub axle for use with Metric, twin-taper GP4 fully floating Atlas axle hub assemblies. This item can be welded onto the bare axle casing to allow the fitment of twin-taper hubs. Supplied either with 59mm ID (to suit standard Capri size axle casing) or 60.4mm ID to suit thick-tube, heavy duty casing. These are precision CNC machined in high grade steel, and are compatible with most metric type hub assemblies. Please state R/Hand or L/Hand when ordering. Priced individually.

FULL FF HUB KIT

Complete twin-taper hub assemblies for GP4 Fully Floating atlas axle.

Comprises;

• 2x alloy hubs,
• 2x o-ring carriers,
• full seal kit (6 pces),
• 8x GP4 wheel studs,
• 4x taper bearings (Timken).

Supplied assembled, with bearing races and studs pressed in etc.

Just needs packing with grease!

GROUP4 REAR STUD

Wheel stud for use with metric, twin-taper, fully floating atlas axle hub assemblies. Supplied with disc retaining bolt. These are CNC turned in EN24T and are superior finish/quality. Wheel nut thread is ½” UNF (for some reason this is still the standard, even though everything else is metric!)

O RING CARRIER

Steel carrier ring, used to hold the rubber o-ring seal against the back face of the ½ shaft flange (Metric Fully Floating Atlas hub assembly). CNC turned, precision fit. 2 required per axle.
